😢 Weighed in at work today. I'm pretty sure my actual weight is about 3kg lower, as I was fully dressed and just ate right before weighing. But we are doing a weight loss challenge at work.... And this is my start weigh in weight. And as I will be weighing in under similar conditions as today ever week, I might as well record this as my actual weight. That way I will get a nice surprise when I weigh myself at home again. Lol.
