My new low of the year, thanks to my (mostly) liquid diet while I wait for this bone graft to heal! Since I have an Invisalign-style retainer with my missing front tooth in it that has to be removed whenever I eat, I’m less likely to eat until I’m ready to deal with the inconvenience of taking it off. Could be the best diet control I’ve ever had, haha.
