The scale I have at home is screwed up!!!!!
I am pretty down about the weight gain and I don't know why I wentup so much! That's a pound and half....
I understand water weight. I understand that it can screw with your weight on the scale, and I believe that I dranl TOO MUCH water yesterday. That is a possibility too.
I don't know. All I know is that I am hitting the gym this morning because I am pretty frustrated and don't know what else to do about it......
