My goal weight is actually 160, but I'm happy with 165. Last 5 pounds are proving to be harder to get off than wallpaper on old walls. I'll get there though.
In my bio, I state how I really don't like exercise, but I do it anyway. I think that might be a partial lie because I started doing yoga and kind of like it. I find it relaxing, peaceful, and can feel a workout while I'm doing it.
