Up for work early 4:30 am not feeling too well, but made it through the day, 2 oranges 2 bananas, special k snacks (100 cal) and some cinamin Bagley bites. Home did workout and weigh in, had an early dinner turkey on multi grain bread low fat mayo and some stuffing. Tired going to go to bed early, have another early morning tomorrow.
