S & P: nothing stuck about your progress. You killing it. Up those calories by 200 calories. You wont loose for 10 to 15 days but then the body adapts.

salt and pepper don't worry i feel the same my weight will stay the same for a week and then drop again . I just keep telling myself aslong as i don't gain I can work and wait for my loss . Also measure yourself sometimes your weight will stand still but you will be losing allot of centimeters and that will encourage you.
