Wow:) Looks good. Too bad, once again, that stress is the leading factor for this weight loss....

I am truly doing well though with eating healthy and getting back into my excercise. I realize that I have to take it easy, but I am anxious to get back up to the level I was working out at. I know my body can do it, so sometimes, I push myself too hard. I must really learn to just calm down and take it slowly.

However, the weight loss has come down ever so slowly. That is a good thing, because I know that it has to come off slowly in order to keep it off.
78,7 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,7 kg.    Nog te gaan: 13,0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
