With the DH out of town I can follow my WOE without guilt. We are practically Jack Spratt & his wife at this point.
I found some amazing almond butter with flaxseed at Trader Joes that is really yummy (and crunchy!) and only 1g net carb per tbsp. My celery sticks had gone bad though, so I just ate a tbsp off the spoon. *grin*
Not much to report really.

Ah, sounds good, Rowan. We don't have any kind of store like that around here, but I am going to hit the World Market one of these days, when I have a couple of hours to spare. It is about an hour drive there, and I am not even sure that they will have anyhting like that, but it will be fun to look.

Trader Joes is a fun store. I mostly shop at Whole Foods but TJs has low carb stuff and WF doesn't. They both have good cheeses and produce. So it really depends on whether I'm running in to pick up "just one thing" or doing a whole shopping trip. And then I have to hit Safeway for things like diet Dr. Pepper which neither healthy store carries.
