boo booed twice today and my pee flow was much better. I guess it was some blockage from what I eliminated today, and everything is flowing better again. I ate 1. earlier than I was supposed to (never doing that again) and 2. more than I have in two weeks. let me be clear: everything edible in this house I could eat right now! but I'm staying away from juice. water with everything. I ate twice today. I'm going to fast 24 hours tomorrow. so I better enjoy this cheat day. I ate at Panera bread today, and everything "healthy" had a zillion calories in it. scary to think that ppl eat that everyday. tons of sodium. today was an eye opener for sure.
