Well here we go again, how many times have I been here before!!!!! Lost weight and felt really good and then it all goes to pot and I put it all back on again I feel really bad and think well I have blown it all now and can't get back on track.
Feeling so very fed up and disappointed with myself, and besides which I am running out of clothes that fit after my (at the time) very positive throwing out of clothes that were (obviously very briefly) too big!
New beginning again tomorrow maybe this time I will manage it. I so hope so ļ
