Was hoping to see a little drop, but I do feel a lot better since I've cut out candy and bread and reduced calories. I haven't had any sinking spells in the afternoon where I feel like I need a nap and I feel like I'm not having sleep apnea at night. I'll have some rice today at lunch, but will eat light tonight.
