late weigh in..took the family bowling last night. it was fun! I ate grilled shrimp and a salad. very good! I had one french fry from my Dad's plate (lol) and some pizza crust from my daughter's pizza. and water of course. earlier I ate half of avocado and some elbow macaroni. yes, some carbs. I'm not trying to stay away from them completely, just in moderation. I didn't really have to have the shrimp and salad or I could look at this differently and say I didn't really have to have the elbow mac. but I had fun either way. I'll be at a baby shower in the park today so I'm sure I'll sweat and have fun. Enjoy your day today guys! oh I didn't take the medication yet.. it says I have to start on an empty tummy and take it 30 mins before I eat. last night would have been the perfect time but hey, I wanted to spend some time with my family.
