omg.... It has been forever since I have had the guts to log on... I have gained back some weight, lost focus, drama, drama drama, but back to realizing that the only one who can change me is me.... Quit smoking after 24 years which only added to the gain. No excuses though, did it to myself and missed being in here with my buddies.... you all are still going so strong, my inspiration to refocus. I have read up on all your journals and do truly realize how much logging in everyday made a difference. Today is the do-over for me... feels good to be "home" again....

Congrats on quitting smoking!!!!! That's fantastic news and well worth taking a hiatus for. Don't sweat the gain. Focus on the future and how much healthier you are going to be with your lean, smoke free bod!!! You go girl!

Getting healthy has so many faces - quitting smoking is TOP PRIORITY and you DID IT! Fantastic! If you can do that, you can definitely get the weight where you want it. Looking forward to seeing that chart go down, down, down!

smooches and hugs to everyone.... I didn't realize how much I truly depended on this group for support. Looking forward to regrouping with my buddies and adding new ones... can never have or give too much support. Skinny girl in me still wants out, but now she is smoke-free baby!!
