Well, well, well...I'm back up again. Summer BBQ splurging and a little eating out while traveling will do that. I can't give up. It is just crazy to see an almost 8 pound weight gain in less than a month!! I didn't get this way overnight and I'm well aware it's not gonna drop off overnight either. I just need to take it one meal at a time.
