Nutrisystem is working for me, but it is expensive to do, so I have problems recommending this program for anyone else!
As long as I can afford it or until I lose 40-45 more pounds, I will stick to it. It is teaching me the correct portion sizes and what is OK to eat! Today's restaurants tend to give HUGH portions, and I read an article (in a Los Angles Times newspaper) that said in 25-30 years most Americans will be overweight, with 20% being morbidly obese! I will not be one of those people!
