Lost 5 more pounds. Just started juicing for breakfast an a nice sensible dinner. I'm mostly just portion controlling and keeping the meal vegetarian keeping the fat down. The key has been ALWAYS doing 30 minutes of exercise every day. I also stared doing 30 minutes of yoga, but just because I like it. I do need to get my weight to lock in so I will have to play with calories a little.
