Strict keto all week, not counting calories until today. Up almost a pound. Moderate amount of ketones in urine. Doing okay, except for the restless leg syndrome, maybe lacking potassium, drinking electrolyte water and will look at the foods I’m eating. At any rate fasting until at least noon, early eating seems to have affected the rls previously, so trying that first. Going to hammer the protein macros this afternoon. It’s a tough goal to reach!
