google is your friend. Look up your medications and review for yourself the side effects and interactions. 

No medication can make u fat if you are on maintenance or a deficit calorie intake. 

Medication can make you HUNGRY 

If you are hungry cause of the medication and u eat on a calorie surplus than you got hungry cause you allowed yourself to eat on a surplus of calories 

It’s simple, take the medication u need and when u feel hungry make the better choice and continue to eat at maintenance or on a calorie deficit. 

Than you got FAT* 

So during that time u were tracking every single calorie Bella? 

How do you know u did not have more cravings while on the medication and once u stoped the medication the extra cravings ceased ? 

Oh it will take months of you making comments directed towards me for me to say anything back. I don’t think you are that petty. @bella 

If you were not tracking every single calorie, you can’t affirm you were not eating more when taking that medication  

Be diligent and pay attention to your body’s response to different foods as well as medications. My emotions are terribly connected to my macros, ever since an illness forty years ago.

It’s a puffy swollen feeling. But whatevez I’ll keep trying. I’ve goggled my meds and continue to research. Weight and depression go together like peanut butter and jelly.  

What you also happen is retention of water 💦 weight  

I would be curious to know if any weight gain was because of medication affecting hormones.
