I was kind of shocked when I got on the scale this morning..I said to myself, "you are at 160." Then to my surprise when the number popped up it as 157! Yeah...I am very happy about that! Staying steady even though I am not exercising or eating 100% right! I am very please about the fact that I am not gaining anything...I want to get back on track, but things have been so crazy lately, I know it is not an excuse, but when you are not home to cook right it kind of is. LOL! Anyways, my hubby is leaving on Thursday for a week of hunting, so maybe I can get my butt in gear while he is gone! I guess at least I am not gaining anything...that is a bonus! Well, just wanted to check in and wish everyone luck!

71,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 8,6 kg. Nog te gaan: 5,4 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Congrats on maintaining!! I highly doubt the scale would come up with a good number for me. I'm not sweating it though...I know what I have to do. Keep up the great work!!
