Oh well, only a pound and a half increase after what was an amazing holiday- would highly recommend Sardinia as a place and the people were lovely. Only downside was lots of very skinny other tourists- it’s weird now that I used to notice larger people now I only see the skinny ones and feel huge compared to them😞 there seemed nothing wrong with wearing a bikini whatever your size although it is not something I think I will ever don again myself even if I do hit my target- anyway it’s Monday and back to it, let’s see what the next few weeks bring-
