Will I noticed that my left foot was starting to feel like it had pressure on it. I was thinking I might have an infection in it. I went to the doctor today just to be safe and dam it I have an infection. He put me on antibiotics and said no exercising for a week. I have to see him again next week to make sure everything is ok. This sucks I had lost 9 lbs. in the last month now I can’t exercise . I will have to make sure I don’t gain any wait till he says I can go back to the gym.
