10 st 4lbs more or less Fat machine 25.1% No WW. Really disappointing result this week (and after the loo which I hadn't last week so that even worse!) after I met my steps every day, and output exceeded intake every day - and by a decent margin - except Mon when we had 3 courses for anniversary, but even then I was only over by about 400 😥 I'm having to console myself with the thought of the internal improvements to blood pressure/cholesterol/insulin resistance that I'm hopefully making, and stick at it and hope for a change in luck next week.
