aBitFat's Logboek, 12 aug 19

Woah! Here are the results of 7 weeks of not caring. Well, I was on vacations so I decided to let go.

One big Discovery though
-- Fasting is not the end all. Even though I was IFing pretty much the whole time, eating ice cream, desserts, and drinking, definitely has a influence.

So starting today, I'm cutting carbs big time, and fasting 18:6 or 20:4 for the next month and see how that goes. :o)

I loved fasting at first, then I developed a serious sugar addiction, so, here I am back to try to fit back into what I worked so hard to fit in before my stumble into and out of fasting
