Just joined e-diets and am working on the boot camp challenge. My eating is the most difficult part of my life to control. It is really easy to forget to plan ahead and then I find I am eating whatever I find out in the breakroom. The last couple of days I made sure that I bought some good for me food and I feel better.
I've also been making sure that I get all my water in. This means I'm chugging a glass of water in the morning right after I get up, then drinking a bottle at the gym and two more at work.
My exercise is improving, I've actually made it to the gym all week, I just need to make time to stretch.
