Down a lb in overall weight but according to my new toy body fat's down since yesterday, muscle is up. Water's up too. Be interesting to follow it for a few days as this trend looks good, but of course we have Veggie Bex arriving in the PM, so I'll probably be having a CN tonight unless we eat somewhere I can stay ULC. And tomorrow too as we're having an outing to the market where they have many food stalls. Only twice a year though, innit? :-) My keto breath has stayed dissapointingly at .2 :-(
