I cant believe I lost only 2 pounds...After all this discipline reducing my calories..:( In the past I would be discouraged but I am not because I am anticipating that perhaps by the end of the month I will see big changes

Don't get discouraged mission. You can do it. I am finishing up my first week, and haven't lost anything. But, I've done this enough to know that some weeks I may not lose anything, like this my first week, but next week I may lose double what I hoped for. Good Luck!!

Thank you Libra Gir, from another libra girl:) . Yesterday I started exercising I hope that will help. Just wish I had someone to walk with. Then again I gained this weight all by myself. Once again thanks!
