Quick journal today.
Weight was good today. I want to get to losing more, but am not too motivated. Well, I am but overwhelmed with stresses right now. Have to put myself 1st, love myself, and carry on doing the right things!
I will ride bike after work, looking forward to that for sure. Winds look pretty rough right now. Son has baseball tonight and sleepovers, daughter planning sleepovers. Wife and I might be empty nesters this weekend! Probably not good for diet, as we will veer off routine in celebration!
Kitties got new toy, a bit old cat house tower thingy. They loved it, and was all over it while my son assembled it! Then baby Spooky batted the ball for about 2 hours and took a few naps in between. Concerned about Spooky's bad hygiene and other baby kitty habits. Hope she grows out of it. She is not good at cleaning her backside, lol.
Anyway, lets move on and have a great day!

Stress will always be there, you'll get past the blocker. Good luck sticking the course with kids gone!!
As for baby Spooky, if your other kitties are good about the habits, she'll very likely grow into their good habits, just keep an eye on her. She might need a little extra attn in the bath dept. Good luck there, too!

Jess, I know what you mean, its gross! ZippiDani, our other kitty even though not as social and loving, has many good habits (No trash digging, clean, etc). So I think Spook has a good chance to learn right and wrong. We got some baby wipes to help out per what I read online. This way maybe she can appreciate a clean hind end, and keep it that way! XD
