Last night we went out for dinner at our favorite seafood restaurant. They have fantastic hush puppies there and as usual I ate too many. They also serve large portions of food and as usual, I cleaned my plate. I ate "Poorly" at 115% of goal, met my protein goal and all activity goals. BF up 0.4% and is out of range by more than 1 percent... Lift Day!!!

When I go out to eat I have to ask them to bring the to go container with my meal. If I do t pack up half before I start eating, Iāll eat it all.
