9st 5lb (1.5 on at WW) Was disappointed to put on at WW, especially as I hadn't used all my weeklies and none of my exercise points, so am pleased with having lost at home today. I think (hope!) Wed's gain was more about the amount of bread-type foods (starchy carbs?) I ate, Jaffa cakes, loads more bread than usual, and a syrup pudding, to name but a few! Hoping for a better result next Wed but maintaining this home weight will be fine with me :-)
