Almost afraid to post this in case my scale decided to be temperamental and pull me into a false sense of pride by dipping below 200. But... it was, after all, a busy day yesterday, up and down the stairs all day, doing laundry, housecleaning, packing 50-pound suitcases for the trip to Tanzania, Africa and then squeezing in 30 minutes on the elliptical at the end of the day.
90,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 4,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 17,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
