Thanks for the support. I really find following KETO easy. it is just common sense to me. However, with the North American life style of doing so much socializing around food..going out to friends or restaurants for dinner is a challenge. I often carry my Keto Naan Bread with me or eat before I attend a function.

Definitely agree the socializing part is the most difficult. I think often at restaurants one can stay on the WOE as they are very good at replacing items. But invitations to homes are hard to work around. I fast myself back into ketosis after dinners and that has worked fine.
