Not sure what I did, but I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm down 5lbs! I don't want to be negative, but I think it might just be water weight and the fact that I have cut down on my carbs considerably since I joined FS. I guess I don't want to get my hopes up and then tomorrow be up that same 5.
But I feel good today after doing the run/walk challenge last night with DH. He's been so good so far. Usually he scoffs at my weight loss efforts because he knows that I like to try the "next big thing" and when I don't see any progress, I give up. (Bless his heart, I'm not sure how much money we've spent on equipment that is collecting dust now!) The great thing about last night is that we are both training for a Warrior Dash in January when I come home from the ship. So it's something that he wants us to do together so he wants me to be ready for it. So he's going to push me to do well. He finally discovered the benefits of working out (I lovingly call him my lazy bum) but now he's in better shape than I am! I love my Wii though!
