mission2013's Logboek, 30 jan 13

I have cheated myself and I feel so stupid! I pig out like an idiot sabotaging myself all because I did not lose any weight.

After weighing in today and realized that I regained the 2 lbs I lost the week before I became discouraged. I have followed my diet so closely, rarely consuming more that 1700 calories. This I have been doing since January 1 and here 30 days later all I have lost since I started is 10 lbs (which was in the 1st 2 weeks)....This is crazy.

Anyway, because I am is not really on a diet but a lifestyle change I am going back to the drawing board and I am gonna stick to the plan like a glove. I know I need some exercise in but these bloody injuries I suffered in the accident is making exercise a challenge. Anyway I will just have to do the best I can.
120,2 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 10,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 38,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Lol...you I know you are right Libra Girl but, I lost it in the first 2 weeks and then nothing for the next 2...So I was I guess that is why I am so disappointed. I guess I need to just look at the glass half full...Thanks hon!
