I ate too many calories yesterday... I didn't keep track and then I slipped cause I knew I was already doing poorly and went over the top and had two glasses, big glasses of white wine and way late too so I stayed up late and slept in. One mistake can snowball into a mountain of more if you're not careful. Next time I make mistake, I am going to acknowledge it and correct the problem instead of wallowing in defeat and letting more of it consume me as I consume more and more bad food. Here's to being given a clean slate everyday and moving forward towards the goal. :) I have to remember to follow my own advice and be nice to myself too.
