I've weighed 142 since Sunday, but was waiting to record to see if it 'stuck'. (Oh ye of little faith....right?) This week I kept an eye on keeping my fat up in ratio to protein. I also decided to see if Coke Zero (my soda of choice) might be an issue with the aspartame. I ran into the Coke man at Target and he told me that they still make Diet Coke w/ Splenda, Target doesn't stock but he told me my local grocers that do. Kroger had 4 12 packs for 12 bucks, so guess who has a cache? I'm not sure how much credence I give the aspartame thing, but I am willing to try. Long story short (shoot that phrase please!), I am happy my weight is down. PS (Extra points for losing during birthday week?)
