You're gonna say, what? And I'm gonna say massive nosebleed yesterday, deffo got some sort of lurgy, had spare ribs in some horrid black bean sauce which I'm never going to bother with again, then plain sausages with mustard and then Chinese cold medicine like black treacle, then Sambucol the cold medication, very sweet, several swigs, and that gave me the taste so I had a bag of dry roasted nuts and then a box of mint creams. I am, therefore, full of water. I do feel a bit better than yesterday but this is a huge jump in weight :-( Back to bed now.
