The slower the better I believe. It is much healthier that way and your body adjusts as you go. Losing weight too quickly makes the chances of picking it back up again so much higher. As long as you are still losing you are doing it right. You should measure youself. You might now be dropping centimeters 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
