Well, so far so good, I haven't been following the diet to a T, but I have not had as much bread or carbs as I normally would if I wasn't paying attention. Normally in a week, I would go to McDonald's or Burger King, Wendy's, etc. 5 days a week while I'm home, only because I don't have access to it on the ship. Yes, they have those in Nassau, but money and time don't allow me to go there often. Not necessarily a bad thing.
I've dropped another 2 lbs, and I'm feeling ok. I love the Atkins supplements! I've bought the shakes, the Daybreak bars and the snack bars. No, they have not replaced meals, except for breakfast at the moment, but they are definitely curbing my chocolate craving. Before I started the Atkins, I bought a big bag of the M&M Pretzels - they haven't been opened yet. Yay for me!
