I feel my cardio endurance coming back to me. Yesssssss. Phase 1 is nearly complete. Phase 1 consisting of regaining my muscular endurance and strength for long out door cardio bouts. Phase 2 will be shedding unnecessary energy storage!
84,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 9,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 0 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Haha ya, I'd rather call it that rather than fat. Although, it is the same thing. I hate how after stopping my long distance cardio for two months i've lost so much. It's tough gaining back what ya lose. But I guess that's part of the challenge now.

These long weekends sure don't help. Oysters, clams, beer, and rum shot my weight up a bit hahah. Back on point tho!
