This happens to everyone, especially the closer you get to goal. Sometimes you have to eek out those last pounds. Make sure your tracking every bite, lick and taste. We can get slack after a while. Drink your water. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Keep processed foods to a minimum (tons of sodium). One of the best things you can do to move the scale is exercise. If you don't, start! If you do, kick it up a notch! Upping your intensity can kick up fat loss. You can also switch up your exercise. Keep going your doing great.

Agreed. You have been losing pretty quickly for a while there, so it is natural for it to flatten out a bit while your body adjusts. Don't worry about it. Stay true to your plan and it will come off.
