Holy cow, I’m officially at the lowest weight in my adult life! 😲Not too happy with my shape though, as I haven’t worked out at all for the past 2.5 weeks partly because of a PCS out-of-state move we’re dealing with (currently living without our HHG) and partly due to cold weather in the Midwest (excuse). When things get hectic, exercise seems to be the first thing that gets pushed aside.😔Won’t be settled in to a new house until another month later...
Been mostly eating clean with occasional “cheat” meals/treats/eat outs and avoiding white rice, bread, noodles and sweets. I don’t do Keto so I’m still using a bit of sugar or corn syrup for cooking. Today, to celebrate my lowest weight, I baked cornbread and had a quarter of the pan (500 kcal) for lunch. (First time to eat bread since August. My longest craving is now solved but my tummy is screaming at me. 🤢 Carb shock, I guess.)
Think the key is balance (and persistence), like in everything else. We all get off the track at times but as long as we get back and stay on it for most of the time that is all right. And yes, I’m going back to my workout routine starting today (or tomorrow 😜).
