I guess this is what happens when you have to go to 5 family Thanksgivings 5 days in a row. All I can do is move forward. I didn't over eat or anything, but I'm sure it's way more sodium than I was used to. I'm so bloated!

181,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 18,6 kg. Nog te gaan: 100,2 kg. Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.

Gewichtstoename van 1,8 kg per week

What fun going to 5 different houses or restaurants and visiting with friends and family.....hard part is not to over eat.....but it will come off........ today all day I’m sipping water.......
