I'm restarting my diet because I really need to change the things I eat and keep motivated for my new exercise program. I don't have much weight to lose but I do need to tone and keep active. I want to be back to my original weight of 128 before I gained.
Im using yoga for my muscle strain and my back, plus Figure 8 as a workout program. I am only on my 4th day or so. I am learning the moves ;-)
