Haven't checked in or been logging my food since the end of October. Nothing was really different there, just went through a phase of heightened anxiety and lowered motivation. But hitting 197 seems to be helping with the latter. That actually brings my BMI to exactly 30.0. (I'm 5'8") Almost no longer obese by that measurement, and certainly preferable to the 42.6 I topped out at.
89,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 18,6 kg.    Nog te gaan: 13,6 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
