Yesterday was a good day! followed my meal planner exactly and I was even able to have a low-fat ice cream desert! went down in weight again and am feeling good about that... I will feel even better when I get into the 160's. Today is my day off so I will be able to get a good workout in and burn some extra calories! I bought some 5 pound dumbbells and some stretch band loops as well as a cardio DVD! I can't wait to use them and get in shape to start p90x! Today is going to be a great day!!
