Yesterday was a great day! I ate exactly what I was supposed to and followed the meal planner 100%. I finally got a work out in and it felt great, although I must say that today my legs and butt are so sore!! That's good though means I worked them hard! I was a little disappointed with my weight this morning. I lost the same amount of weight that I have been loosing on just diet alone when I added 40 minutes of weights and cardio... I was thinking I would loose more even if it was just .1 or .2. I can't loose motivation though. I still have to work at it and remember it is a slow process. Today is going to be a great day too!

I would love to find some sort of challenge that people are actually actively participating in as well as talking to other participants. It would be so nice to have other people to talk to/hold me accountable for my exercise since it seems that is where I have the most trouble getting motivated! Maybe I will make my own and hope people are interested and join up!
