Last night I was craving cereal. Something I havenāt had in ages. I mixed some pecans, almonds, unsweetened coconut, cinnamon, a bit of maple extract and stirred in melted butter. I toasted in the oven for a few minutes, and ate warm in a bowl with some almond milk. It was so delicious and very satisfying! I will enjoy the leftovers this evening as a bedtime snack.
