Was on the go non-stop yesterday. Went to zumba class, then rushed over to mom's to take her shopping at Chen's, then met sis and nieces at the movies (Little Women). I was so tired I fell asleep during part of it. Had movie theater popcorn as my lunch and mom's standing rib roast leftovers for supper. Had to take a motrin before bed last night for sore knees. It has been over 2 wks since the last zumba class, so my body wasn't used to the activity. Really enjoyed it though. I plan to try yoga and free weights soon.
