Thought I'd write a bit about me, I've struggled with weight since a teenager and my weight has been between 15.5 and 14 stone for last decade. I'm fairly active but have reviewed my food intake and realise I love Carbs! So 2020 is the year I manage their intake and so far so good, gagging for chips and some squash though. Good luck to all

I'm also a carb lover but have found foods to replace them with that I also enjoy....plus I don't buy carbs so I am not tempted....you will find alternative

sweet potato, rice, beans and cous cous are some of my faves. I still have pasta and potatoes but in smaller amounts.

Ive gone heavy on keto based so getting a lot calories from fat, but also eating cauliflower rice, veg spaghetti, and stuff in a coconut flour/egg/cheese crumb.
