Wicked head and chest cold has come to me and taken my appetite. I shall not complain however because it has made dropping some of this weight far easier than I thought it would be. When the thought of food disgusts you its easy to push from the table. I suspect my weight will keep dropping even after I feel better because I know how to keep the calories to a minimum and not feel hungry in the offing. Yesterday I could only stomach a pot of lipton instant chicken soup. (a total of like 280 calories) but i only ate it because I knew I should not because I was hungry. Please forgive my cold induced rambling.

I always feel like getting a massive cold helps jumpstart my weightloss. Though, I can honestly say I am not in the mood for one right now lol. Hope you feel better soon!
